The Baking/Pastry program prepares students to be Bakers and Pastry Chefs in all areas of the
industry, including hotels, 昀椀ne dining establishments, bakeries, retirement communities, resorts,
catering companies and coffee shops. Students learn industry-ready skills in our state-of-the-art
learning spaces, including the student-run Course Restaurant. This program is accredited by the
American Culinary Federation.
