considering an estate sale? We will explore how to
thoughtfully reduce household belongings, prepare for a
move, or navigate the process of preparing for an estate
sale. Discover how to assess what to keep, donate, sell,
or discard, and explore strategies for organizing, valuing
items, and working with estate sale professionals.
Whether you’re planning ahead or managing a transition,
we will look at actionable advice to help make the process
smoother and less overwhelming.

Small Boat Sailing
Bike Maintenance & Repair
Prerequisite: Students must be at ease on
or near the water.
Continuing Education and the Lincoln Bike Kitchen have
teamed up for this hands-on maintenance and repair class.
Whether you are looking to fix a flat, deal with a daunting
derailleur, fine-tune your brakes, or just get general tuneup information, discovering how to fix a bicycle can leave
you feeling confident and may save you money.
Sailing can be fun and relaxing,
so let us help you set sail with
confidence. Both on-shore and
on-the-water instruction will cover
terminology, theory, and practical
hands-on experience. You should
be able to safely operate, maneuver
(tack and gybe), and dock a 14-foot
sailing vessel in light winds and calm
waters after this class.
Class will take place at Holmes Lake—weather permitting.
Bring to class: water, sunscreen, a snack, a life vest (if you have
one), a towel, and a change of clothes. Wear clothing that can
get wet, sunglasses, a hat, non-marking shoes or sandals, and
optional gloves.
Bring your bike or work on one of ours — we have everything you
need to dive in!
