Herbal Elixirs
Join the fun and learn to make refreshing and uplifting
herbal elixirs. Through storytelling, botany, and folklore,
you will get to know a few local plants. Then you will mix
up your own elixirs as you raise a toast to summer.
Your instructor is a clinical and community herbalist. There is a $5
cash supply fee payable in class.

Restorative Sound Bath Experience
Are you looking for a restorative self-care practice that
works to soothe your nervous system while you relax?
Join certified sound healing practitioner Shannon Kingery
for a sound bath and feel the benefit of good vibes. This
immersive sound bath invites you into a deeply restorative
listening experience designed for all bodies and all levels
of familiarity with contemplative practices. No special
clothing, prior training, yoga, or physical movement is
required — simply come as you are and make yourself
comfortable. Ideal for anyone seeking deep relaxation,
sensory immersion, or a new way of exploring the
relationship between sound, body, and attention in a calm
and inclusive environment.
During the session, you will be guided to relax on the floor or in a
chair while surrounded by resonant tones from multidimensional
instruments, including crystal sound bowls and a gong. You are
welcome to bring pillows, blankets, or anything that helps you feel
supported and at ease. Some mats and blankets will be available
for use. Dress for comfort — pajamas are welcome!

Mindful Aging: Brain Boosting Sessions
Join us for a journey to enhance mental, social, and
physical well-being. We will explore a variety of cognitive
exercises, social interactions, and light physical activities
aimed at promoting wellness.
Coffee will be provided, so bring your favorite mug and join us on
this path to wellness and healthy aging.
Some days we all feel like a dragon. Yes, a genuine fire
breathing, killing machine. But that’s okay so long as you
know how to put yourself back on a leash. Different types
of coping skills will be explored, along with their triggers.
Different management strategies, techniques and tools
will be presented and discussed.
