Unlock the secrets of sourdough and discover how to
craft an artisan loaf using wild yeast. You will gain the
skills and confidence needed to bake flavorful, homemade
sourdough from scratch.
Since the class falls over the dinner hour, we will take a break to
enjoy freshly baked sourdough loaves. Mayo and mustard will
be provided, so bring your favorite meats and cheeses to build a
sandwich and savor what we are working to create. There is a $15
cash supply fee payable in class.

Traditional Mexican tamales are more than just food —
