Puzzle-Palooza
Give your front door a little
personality. Each month, you’ll craft
a whimsical door hanger designed
around the season — no experience
needed, just a love of making things
by hand. Walk out with a finished
decoration ready to hang and a
reason to come back next month. Not
all of them will be round circles.
Round up your crew and race to the finish — piece by piece!
Compete against other teams in a friendly Saturday morning
jigsaw showdown.
Puzzles and snacks are provided; all you need to bring is your team (up
to five people) and your competitive spirit. Ages 10 and up welcome.
One adult must be present on each team.

10th Annual Jigsaw Puzzle Derby
Rally your crew and race the clock! Now in its 10th year,
this beloved community event pits two- and four-person
teams against each other in a friendly jigsaw showdown.
SCC provides the puzzles — you bring the competitive spirit.
Register before spots fill up!
Register as a four-person team with two options, or a two-person
team, (must be 16 years or older to participate). The first team in each
division to complete their puzzle will get “bragging rights.”

Check in begins at 12:15 p.m. Registration deadline is Jan. 31 or until
the room is full (whichever comes first).

Barn Quilt Basics
Bold, graphic, and built to last outdoors — barn quilts have
moved well beyond the farm. Choose the classic Lone Star
or one of 160 geometric patterns, then paint it in vivid color
on durable aluminum composite board. Leave with a finished
piece ready to hang and show off.
Bring to class: yellow delicate 1.41 width FrogTape available at
lumber and hardware stores, an extension cord, and a hair/blow dryer.
