In October 2024, after a long road trip and plenty of podcasts,
one man decided it was time for change. What started as
a gradual experiment with the Carnivore diet—focused on
beef, butter, bacon, and eggs—became a full commitment by
February 2025 at a weight of over 310 pounds. One year later,
he broke below 200 pounds.
This class shares the real, unfiltered journey behind that
transformation—the wins, the setbacks, and everything in
between. You’ll gain insight into what the Carnivore lifestyle
looks like in practice, explore the spectrum from Keto to
Carnivore to Lion diets, and hear firsthand experiences of what
worked, what didn’t, and why.
Please note: This class is not medical advice and should not be treated
as such. It is a personal story of health and weight loss, as experienced
by one individual following a Carnivore approach.
