Welcome to Medicare
Medicare: SHIP Open Enrollment
Medicare doesn’t have to be overwhelming. This friendly,
expert-led class walks you through what Medicare costs,
what it covers, and exactly when to enroll — so you can
make confident decisions, avoid costly penalties, and get the
benefits you’ve earned.
Your Medicare plan could change every year — and so could
your costs. During Open Enrollment (Oct. 15–Dec. 7), a trained
Nebraska SHIP counselor will sit down with you one-on-one
to compare your options and compare plants to fit your life
and budget.
Free through Nebraska SHIP. For questions, call 402-471-2841. To
register, visit doi.nebraska.gov/nebraska-ship-smp.
